VM Setup

Setting up a virtual machine to host CanIt is covered in the Admin Guide HOWTOS appendix, in the section "Migrating CanIt".

The keys to success are:

• Avoid the under-provisioning trap;

• Make sure to provision enough resources so that the server is neverheavily loaded;

• Ensure that you have expertise and support for your VM environment. Understand that our ability to provide performance related support is limited.
