Could you allow us ssh access to the CanIt system? We will be coming from IP 64.26.171.99 on port 22 in case you need to open up firewall access. To enable our support key, from the command line on the CanIt machine enter:
/usr/share/canit/scripts/canit-service-key --enable
When we are finished you can disable access with:
/usr/share/canit/scripts/canit-service-key --disable
