View source for SPF outbound

The SPF records are for outbound mail from your domain, so you need to 
replace your servers on that list with ours.

The "Outbound scanning is enabled" message you got will have mentioned 
that:

If you wish to publish an SPF record for the outbound domain, it should be:

     "v=spf1 include:spf.outbound.canit.ca"

To check your SPF setting use:

     host -t txt spf.outbound.canit.ca
