In a situation where you have a small number of addresses you wish to opt-out of email filtering use the process below.
- In the webui go to Administration->Opt Others In/Out.
- Enter the stream name for opted-out email addresses in the Stream box.
- Clearing the Opted-In? checkmark.
- Click Submit Changes.
- For each email address to be opted-out repeat above.
The above will stream all email addresses according to the mapping method defined in Setup->Domain Mappings.
Should you want the opted-out email addresses to be streamed through a common stream then use the following process.
- In the webui go to Administration->Opt Others In/Out.
- Enter the stream name for common opted-out stream in the Stream box.
- Clearing the Opted-In? checkmark.
- Click Submit Changes.
- For email addresses to be opted-out use Setup->Address-to-Stream Mapping to stream it to the opted-out stream defined in 2)
- Click Submit Changes.
- For each email address to be opted-out repeat 5 and 6).
