  2. map domain container.thedomain.com to this realm
  3. create user admin@container.thedomain.com in this realm
  4. set parent realm of theirdomain-com to container-theirdomain-com
  5. set parent realm of all of their customers to the container realm instead. (if applicable)
  6. set sugarID of container-thedomain-com to whatever thedomain-com's was (same with expiry and such)
