You can detect Cyrillic text in the subject or body with a Custom Rule (Compound Rule prior to version 10.1.0).

In the web user interface go to Rules->Custom Rule (Compound Rule prior to version 10.1.0) page and enter:

  IF Subject MatchesRegExp \p{Cyrillic} OR
     Body    MatchesRegExp \p{Cyrillic}
  THEN ADD x points

where "x" is a point value that you feel is appropriate.

Note that these rules only work correctly in CanIt 9.0.11 or later and not in earlier versions.
