How much of a performance enhancement could I expect running CanIt in 64bit mode?
You won't see much of a speed difference, but 64-bit machines can take much better advantage of more memory. So if the machines are not currently CPU-bound, you'd be able to add memory and run more concurrent scanners.
Note that if you're using database failover, both the primary and the hot-standby database must be running on the same architecture (ie, both 32-bit or both 64-bit.)
