Roaring Penguin is the producer of the Canit software which does your email filtering but we do not administer its use. That would be done by the local IT group/Helpdesk for your organization.
You need to contact them about your password.
Sorry I cannot be of more help, however as a suggestion, the same password is often used for the Canit installation as for either your email or your network login. Your support organization will know for sure.
