A good first place to start is to go to the place in the webui where the item you are interested in is shown. Then simply click on the Online Documentation link on the upper right to get context sensitive help from the manuals.

In addition, a complete range of online manuals is available from the Setup page of the webui.

We also have videos on a selection of topics dealing with various aspects of CanIt setup, configuration and operation.

However we do recognize at times the shear optionality and functionality of CanIt can be daunting so we would be happy to help you out.
