Roaring Penguin Software Announces Integration with Autotask® Professional Services Automation Software
CanIt integrated with #1 Hosted IT Services Management Software
Roaring Penguin Software Inc., maker of the acclaimed CanIt line of anti-spam solutions, today announced the completion of their anti-spam software integration with Autotask, the worldwide leader in hosted IT Business Management Software.
The new CanIt Extension for Autotask allows MSPs to provision and bill their anti-spam users from within Autotask, greatly streamlining their business operations. MSPs can now easily monitor how many e-mail addresses have been seen for each domain filtered through CanIt, and automatically handle the calculations needed for batch invoicing within Autotask." The CanIt Extension for Autotask is available free of charge.

Roaring Penguin has focused on integrating CanIt with the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools that most MSPs use. Among the CanIt-RMM integrations already completed are: Level Platforms, Kaseya , Nable and itControl Suite – all of which also are tightly integrated with Autotask. The completion of the Roaring Penguin Extension for Autotask expands the single “command and control center” that MSPs can use to protect, monitor and manage their clients’ networks.
