Roaring Penguin Software launches CanIt-SMB-EU appliance in Europe
25 May 2007 – Ottawa, Ontario, Canada – The fight against spam just got easier for small and medium businesses as Roaring Penguin Software Inc. announced the release of the CanIt-SMB-EU appliance – an anti-spam solution designed specifically for organizations with 10 to 100 employees.

Offering per-user or per-group anti-spam settings and quarantines, an intuitive simple end-user interface, graphical reporting tools and automatic updates, CanIt-SMB-EU can be tailored to meet diverse technical, corporate policy, or industry-specific e-mail filtering requirements without complex administration.
CanIt-SMB-EU is available as a pre-configured plug-and-play appliance. It is built on an VIA C7 chip running at 1.5 MHz with 512 MB RAM and a 80 GB HD. The CanIt-SMB-EU Appliance comes with a 2-year warranty and a 2-year subscription to the Roaring Penguin Training Network (RPTN) which provides automatic updates for the appliance.
The CanIt-SMB-EU appliance is rated at 50,000 e-mails per day and comes with a license for up to 100 users.
