CanIt 8.0.8 Released
Roaring Penguin is pleased to announce the release of CanIt 8.0.8. This latest release adds a major improvement to the CanIt Archiver software.
CanIt Archiver 8.0.8's major new feature is the ability to take a search expression and generate a zip file containing all archived messages that match. Also, CanIt may be configured to zip up archived mail just before it expires from the archive.

CanIt 8.0.7 improves the CanIt Archiver Software
Roaring Penguin Software Inc., is pleased to announce the release of CanIt 8.0.7. This latest release adds a major improvement to the CanIt Archiver software.
The search functionality is significantly improved. CanIt Archiver now permits the construction of complex boolean search queries. You can also save queries for later re-use. CanIt Archiver lets you search based on any or all of the following criteria: Date Range, Message Subject, Sender, Recipients, Full-text search on email body and Attachment Filenames.

Roaring Penguin Software Announces Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
Red Hat, Inc. has announced the general availability of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (RHEL 6).
Roaring Penguin announced today that CanIt-PRO and CanIt-Domain-PRO packages for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 on Intel i386 and x86_64 are available for download.
RHEL 6 features a completely updated core and a newer Kernel. Also included are support for virtualization and next generation networking (including comprehensive IPv6 support ). Virtualization and IPv6 support are features that Roaring Penguin's core customer set are expected to take advantage of.

CanIt 7.0.8 Anti-Spam Software Released
Roaring Penguin Software upgrade includes support for Domain Key Identified Mail (DKIM) and Vouch By Reference (VBR)
1. CanIt now has built-in support for DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail). DKIM is a method for senders to securely indicate the domain which takes responsibility for an email message. DKIM can prevent attackers from forging the source domain of their messages. CanIt users who choose to use DKIM to validate the origin of a message can use information about the signer as an additional measure to limit spam, spoofing, phishing, or other undesirable behavior.
